Known as the "Swagologist," she specializes in Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Embroidery, and Laser Engraving to boost brand visibility and create lasting impact. With a passion for balancing business and family, Jamie’s mission is to help clients reach their goals with purpose-driven marketing solutions. -

Known for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to community, she thrives on helping others grow and succeed. Tamara’s love for marketing her own business made stepping into the role of Marketing Chair for WEO a natural fit—one she’s deeply passionate about. -

With over a decade of experience in administration, operations, and executive support—including nearly two years supporting a high level fundraising consultant—Joanna brings a calm, thoughtful and reliable presence to every client relationship.At Busy B VA, Joanna focuses on building genuine connections while helping entrepreneurs manage project workflows, organize CRMs, streamline processes, and handle day-to-day tasks. Her approach emphasizes calm, consistent support and a servant-hearted commitment to making business feel more manageable. Clients value her consistency, discretion, and the genuine care she brings to every detail.
Joanna actively participates in a local business community as the Membership Chair of WEO. Her work is grounded in relationship, trust, and supporting her local community of women business owners by fostering collaboration and growth.
