    PRESIDENT
    Sue Malo is a retired sales and marketing professional who built a successful career in the financial services and digital marketing industries in Chicago and Vancouver. With a strong background in strategic client relationships and business development, she earned a reputation for delivering results and fostering trust within her target audiences of women, youth, and small business owners. Her decades of experience helped shape dynamic marketing initiatives and collaborative relationships. Now retired, Sue enjoys sharing her insights and supporting others in their professional journeys.

  • Tamara Bertrand

    VICE PRESIDENT & MARKETING DIRECTOR
    Tamara Bertrand is the owner of NW Escape Experience, a thriving escape room business known for delivering immersive experiences and building strong, results-driven teams. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Tamara brings over a decade of hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and creative problem-solving.

    In addition to running her escape room business, Tamara is a Business Strategist who helps entrepreneurs untangle challenges, streamline systems, and build stronger, more sustainable businesses. Her passion for marketing and growth extends beyond her own company, allowing her to support others in reaching their full potential.

    A dedicated advocate for women in business, Tamara serves as a speaker and mentor through organizations like WEO and within the escape room industry. She is known for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to community, always striving to empower others to grow and succeed.

    Tamara’s love for marketing made stepping into the role of Vice President & Marketing Chair for WEO a natural fit - one she embraces with energy and enthusiasm.

  • Ann Walls

    PROGRAM DIRECTOR
    Ann is a relationship-driven financial professional and entrepreneur who is passionate about connecting people and supporting women in business. She believes strong relationships are the foundation for meaningful growth, personally, professionally, and financially.

    After spending years as a pharmacist and employee, Ann understands the challenges of transitioning into entrepreneurship. That experience fuels her commitment to mentoring women and helping them build confidence, clarity, and ownership over their careers and financial futures.

    Ann and her husband, Greg, have worked together for over a decade, helping individuals, families, and business owners create financial strategies rooted in trust and long-term relationships. She also mentors a growing team of advisors, teaching them how to build businesses that align with their values and the life they want to create.

    As a Boards Program Chair with WEO, Ann is honored to support an organization that champions connection, collaboration, and the advancement of women entrepreneurs.

  • Adriane Savelli

    TREASURER
    Adriane Savelli is the owner of Suburban Succulents, a plant and flower shop started in 2018 in Vancouver, WA. What began with a love for succulents has grown into a vibrant, community-focused business offering houseplants, air plants, cacti, fresh flowers, homegrown food, and even eggs from our backyard chickens. She also host hands-on plant workshops and offer plant maintenance services to homes and businesses—helping people bring more green into their everyday lives. Adriane is passionate about collaborating with local makers and small businesses to create offerings that are thoughtful, seasonal, and truly local. As a WEO board member, she is honored to support fellow women entrepreneurs and help nurture a strong, connected business community.

  • Joanna Blade

    MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
    Joanna is the founder of Busy B VA, where she provides steady, behind-the-scenes support for women and minority-owned businesses. With over a decade of experience in administration, operations, and executive support—including nearly two years supporting a high level fundraising consultant—Joanna brings a calm, thoughtful and reliable presence to every client relationship.

    Joanna actively participates in a local business community as the Membership Chair of WEO. Her work is grounded in relationship, trust, and supporting her local community of women business owners by fostering collaboration and growth.

  • Shannon Calles

    SECRETARY
    Shannon Calles is the founder and owner of Clark County Senior Resources LLC, and a passionate advocate for daughters who find themselves navigating the overwhelming world of senior care for a loved one. With over 20 years of experience in senior living, a Certified Dementia Practitioner credential, and a license as a Senior Housing Referral Agent under RCW 18.330, Shannon walks alongside families — and especially daughters — in Clark County and Southwest Washington as they search for the right care solution. Her guidance is always free to families, and always rooted in what she calls "truth and tenderness."

    Shannon is the creator of the Strong Daughters Club, a community built specifically for women carrying the weight of caregiving, and the host of From Overwhelmed to Relieved: The Senior Caregiving Podcast. She serves as Secretary of the WEO Board of Directors, is a proud member of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, and has been recognized in both Greet Felida Magazine's Women in Business feature and The Over 40 Revolution, Vol. 4 magazine. Shannon lives by the belief that love alone is not a care plan — and she has made it her mission to make sure no daughter has to figure it out alone.

  • Amy Loudenback

    PAST PRESIDENT
    With over 20 years of experience as the owner of a Visiting Angels franchise, Amy has dedicated her career to serving seniors in our community while creating meaningful employment opportunities for thousands of caregivers. A longtime member of WEO, she has proudly served on the board for more than a decade, bringing both business acumen and heart to the organization.

    Beyond her work in senior care and women’s leadership, Amy is also a Pampered Chef consultant, where she shares her love of cooking and helps people rediscover joy in their kitchens through food and community.

    When she’s not working or volunteering, Amy can often be found teaching Sunday school, traveling with her family, or enjoying her garden—where the flowers bloom, the weeds persist, and a few friendly ducks provide constant entertainment.

  • Judy Musa

    MEMBER AT-LARGE
    Judy Musa is a passionate community advocate and dedicated leader serving with the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation, where she supports initiatives that expand access to literacy, education, and lifelong learning across the region. Her work reflects a deep belief in the power of libraries to connect, uplift, and empower individuals of all ages.

    As a Member at Large for the WEO Judy brings a thoughtful, collaborative spirit to the board. She is committed to fostering meaningful connections among women in business and supporting opportunities that inspire growth, education, and community impact.

    She is known for her genuine care for others and her ability to bring people together.
