Sue Malo is a retired sales and marketing professional who built a successful career in the financial services and digital marketing industries in Chicago and Vancouver. With a strong background in strategic client relationships and business development, she earned a reputation for delivering results and fostering trust within her target audiences of women, youth, and small business owners. Her decades of experience helped shape dynamic marketing initiatives and collaborative relationships. Now retired, Sue enjoys sharing her insights and supporting others in their professional journeys. -
Jamie Young

Jamie is the owner of Uptown Screen Printing, a rapidly growing custom print shop in Clark County, WA. A published author of the #1 best-selling book Taking the Leap and former Mrs. Clark County 2024, Jamie helps local businesses succeed with the right branding and swag. Known as the "Swagologist," she specializes in Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Embroidery, and Laser Engraving to boost brand visibility and create lasting impact. With a passion for balancing business and family, Jamie’s mission is to help clients reach their goals with purpose-driven marketing solutions. -
Tamara Bertrand

Tamara is the owner of NW Escape Experience, a successful escape room business specializing in delivering immersive experiences and building strong, results-driven teams. Tamara is also a passionate advocate for women in business, serving as a speaker and mentor through multiple organizations like WEO and within the escape room industry. Known for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to community, she thrives on helping others grow and succeed. Tamara’s love for marketing her own business made stepping into the role of Marketing Chair for WEO a natural fit—one she’s deeply passionate about. -
Adriane Saville

Adriane Savelli is the owner of Suburban Succulents, a plant and flower shop started in 2018 in Vancouver, WA. What began with a love for succulents has grown into a vibrant, community-focused business offering houseplants, air plants, cacti, fresh flowers, homegrown food, and even eggs from our backyard chickens. She also host hands-on plant workshops and offer plant maintenance services to homes and businesses—helping people bring more green into their everyday lives. Adriane is passionate about collaborating with local makers and small businesses to create offerings that are thoughtful, seasonal, and truly local. As a WEO board member, she is honored to support fellow women entrepreneurs and help nurture a strong, connected business community. -
Joanna Blade

Joanna is the founder of Busy B VA, where she provides steady, behind-the-scenes support for women and minority-owned businesses. With over a decade of experience in administration, operations, and executive support—including nearly two years supporting a high level fundraising consultant—Joanna brings a calm, thoughtful and reliable presence to every client relationship.At Busy B VA, Joanna focuses on building genuine connections while helping entrepreneurs manage project workflows, organize CRMs, streamline processes, and handle day-to-day tasks. Her approach emphasizes calm, consistent support and a servant-hearted commitment to making business feel more manageable. Clients value her consistency, discretion, and the genuine care she brings to every detail.
Joanna actively participates in a local business community as the Membership Chair of WEO. Her work is grounded in relationship, trust, and supporting her local community of women business owners by fostering collaboration and growth.

With over 20 years of experience as the owner of a Visiting Angels franchise, Amy has dedicated her career to serving seniors in our community while creating meaningful employment opportunities for thousands of caregivers. A longtime member of WEO, she has proudly served on the board for more than a decade, bringing both business acumen and heart to the organization.Beyond her work in senior care and women’s leadership, Amy is also a Pampered Chef consultant, where she shares her love of cooking and helps people rediscover joy in their kitchens through food and community.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Amy can often be found teaching Sunday school, traveling with her family, or enjoying her garden—where the flowers bloom, the weeds persist, and a few friendly ducks provide constant entertainment.
