Ronika Lal – UPS Store Owner & Community Advocate

I am a proud immigrant from the Fiji Islands, raised here in the United States, and deeply rooted in the Vancouver, Washington community. My family started our UPS Store business eight years ago, and today I am honored to own and operate three locations in the area. Over the years, I’ve grown alongside my business—building strong connections, serving neighbors, and supporting local entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to life.

Whether it’s helping small business owners with a simple project or managing large-scale jobs, my team and I provide a wide range of services—from shipping, printing, and mailboxes to notary work and more—all with a focus on quality and care for our community.

I’ve been fortunate to form lasting friendships and business relationships through this journey, and I truly love what I do. Beyond my role as a business owner, I am a proud mother of two young men, a loving wife, and the eldest sister to two wonderful sisters. On weekends, you’ll often find me enjoying time with family and friends, exploring nature, attending community events, shopping, or traveling to new places.

My greatest joy is seeing others succeed and being part of a community that supports one another.
