The Pearl Anniversary:
For thirty years, women have come together to encourage, challenge, support, and empower one another.
This willow represents that impact. Each pearl stands on its own, yet together they create something far greater. The strands all come together to add strength to a larger picture. With each angle, the colors change and the depth changes, just as with each season in the group, but one thing remains the same: when women band together, they build great things.
Each tiny dot has an impact.
One woman. One connection.
One act of empowerment at a time.

Pearls of Wisdom:
Five women walk together, representing generations of women who connect, grow, support, and celebrate one another through WEO. I began with several white layers, then scribed WEO’s mission into the wet paint, creating texture and inviting the viewer to look closer. Their outstretched hands reflect connection and belonging, while the layers of color and words represent the Pearls of Wisdom we share—honoring 30 years of unity, growth, and infinite potential.

Pearl of wisdom:
One of my favorite parts of belonging to WEO is sharing ways in which members have supported one another each month. It makes me tear up every time a member stands up and praises another. It always me of how much I’ve been built up, supported, encouraged and cheered on by the women in my life.
I wanted this piece to be an ode to the women that don’t compete but rather uplift, to community builders and trailblazers in their industries, to women that support and celebrate others!
I chose young girls to represent us all, because at the end of the day, all the best women I know have one thing in common: they have not forgotten the little girl within them, with big dreams, ambitions and courage.

Women Circling was inspired by the idea that wisdom grows when it is shared.
The women gathered beneath the mandala represent generations of WEO members connecting, mentoring, learning and growing alongside one another. Each woman brings her own experiences, strengths and stories, adding something unique to the circle. The mandala, which means circle in Sanskriti, symbolises belonging and wholeness, while the pearls mark WEO’s 30th Anniversary.

Pearls and Possibilities:
This piece celebrates the power of women bringing their unique “pearls” of experiences, inspiration, and opportunities to others within WEO. By gathering, learning from each other, sharing talents, getting fresh perspectives, and building connections, new “bubbles” of ideas percolate, shine, take shape, and lift off. And, of course, all this magic happens within the PNW as represented by the trees in this piece.
