July 2026 Member Spotlight: Alexis Tatham
Alexis Tatham is the founder of Catalyst360 Solutions, a boutique Salesforce and CRM consulting firm based in Kalama, Washington. With deep expertise in Salesforce administration, nonprofits, and CRM strategy, Alexis helps organizations of all sizes build smarter systems and actually use them - so their teams can spend less time wrestling with technology and more time doing meaningful work.
After years in the Salesforce ecosystem, Alexis launched Catalyst360 in 2025 with a clear vision: hands-on, personalized consulting without the big-agency overhead. She works with nonprofits, small businesses, and growing organizations to design and implement CRM solutions that fit the way they actually operate.
Outside of consulting, Alexis is an active community builder - she serves on the Kalama Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she helps lead local initiatives, including the annual downtown summer parade. She's also a proud member of the WEO Membership Committee because she believes in the power of women lifting women up.
When she's not deep in a data models, you'll find her exploring the PNW on her ebike or adding to her ever-growing houseplant collection.
