Nicole Graham
I’m a Systems & Workflow Strategist, and the founder of Bauhinia Solutions and Business Ops Elevated. Originally from Australia, I spent 19 years living in Hong Kong, where I built my foundation as an entrepreneur supporting business owners behind the scenes. Now living in Vancouver, I bring a global perspective, in depth operational experience, and a calm, grounded approach to everything I do.
I grew Bauhinia Solutions from a solo venture into an administrative and operational support agency with a team across Hong Kong and the Philippines. Through my consultancy, Business Ops Elevated, I work with service-based business owners who want their business to feel efficient and sustainable. I am especially focused on bridging the gap between high-tech and high-touch, helping clients integrate AI and automation in a way that supports their people, rather than replacing them.
My work, across both businesses, often includes streamlining systems, building practical processes, and supporting clients in a way that enhances - not replaces - the human side of the business. I believe the best growth comes from elevating what already exists - stronger systems, empowered teams, and fewer repetitive tasks draining everyone’s time and energy.
Outside of work, I’m enjoying exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband, creating mixed-media art (a form of meditation for me), and participating in the WEO book club. As an introvert, I also value the quiet times where I’m cosying up with one of my four rescue cats (who made the big move from Hong Kong right alongside me).
